Breakfast Blend - Black Tea

Description

Our Breakfast Blend is a brisk, full-bodied, and satisfyingly smooth blend of high elevation Nilgiri Blue from the mountains of South India and Ceylon Black Tips which is grown at the highest elevation, harvested by hand and processed in small batches on the island country of Sri Lanka.  This is great tea first thing in the morning or any time of day and is also a great base for a sweet iced tea!

Brewing Instructions

Each tea is unique and can be brewed differently according to personal preference.  We provide brewing instructions as a starting point, but we encourage you to experiment with each tea and find the quantity, steep time, and number of infusions that works for you.  

Temperature: 200°  Quantity: 1 tsp  Time: 3 - 5 minutes 

Approximately 15 servings per 1 ounce pouch.  (And each serving can be re-steeped 2 - 3 times.)
