Charcuterie Building Class (Friday, December 13)

Come and enjoy a Christmas Charcuterie Building Class with Riley from Floating Food Company!  This event takes place on Friday, December 13, from 5:00 - 6:30 PM.

You'll discover how to select and arrange a variety of cured meats, cheeses, seasonal fruits, nuts, and spread, all while adding a touch of Christmas magic.

The class also covers pairing flavors and presenting the board to wow your guests.  At the end, you'll enjoy a cozy, festive tasting, perfect for the holiday season!  You will take home your very own delicious charcuterie display on a 10 x 6 bamboo board.  Plus, this class comes with complimentary wine perfectly paired with your charcuterie board.
