Turmeric Latte Blend - "Golden Milk"

Golden Milk is a popular Ayurvedic remedy originating in India. Turmeric is the star ingredient that gives the beautiful color and contains powerful medicinal properties such as anti-inflammatory and antioxidant compounds that are proven to provide many health benefits.

Ingredients:

Organic turmeric, organic ginger, organic cinnamon and organic black pepper.

Preparation Instructions

Mix 1 tsp into a cup of simmering milk (dairy or non-dairy) to make this traditional nourishing and smooth Ayurvedic drink.  Add your favorite sweetener (optional).
