West King Wednesday Vendor Confirmation Dec. 18th

West King Wednesday is on the 3rd Wednesday of each month.  To confirm your attendance please choose whether you need a 10 x 10 tent spot or just a table spot.  Table spots will vary in size, however you will have room for at least a 6 - 8 foot table.

By purchasing your spot, you are agreeing to attending our Wednesday, December 18th market, which takes place from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM.  You are expected to arrive any time between 3:00 - 4:00 to unload and expected to be ready to sell by 5:00.

This event is a rain or shine market.  We will offer refunds, however, if the weather is severe.  If there is a hurricane heading our way, we will cancel the market and refund your fee as well.  Otherwise, cancelations must be sent by the Sunday preceding West King Wednesday in order to receive a refund. 

If this is your first market with us, please arrive early and see us first to fill-out and sign your vendor agreement.
